Fitness Assessments

The Beacon Fitness Center offers fitness assessments daily. Assessments are a great way to establish a baseline from which goals can be set and an ideal way to monitor the progress of your workout routine.  A qualified staff member conducts this procedure to ensure the most effective and safe way to attain your fitness goals.

Fitness Consultations

This is an opportunity for a Beacon Fitness Center member to sit down with a member of the fitness staff and talk about goal setting, adequate exercise progression and any other questions a member may have.  This is a great way to get started with your routine or to increase your current level of fitness.
